Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation (SCHF) has launched its latest fundraising initiative, CuringHomesickness.org.
Hundreds of thousands of children every year in hospital suffer from homesickness which causes social and behavioural problems, anxiety, coping deficits, and feelings of helplessness – with symptoms getting worse the longer they are away from home. The campaign’s mission is to get kids home from hospital sooner.
Pasta Pantry has partnered with SCHF to help raise funds for critical medical equipment and technology, research, support programs to inspire and entertain kids in hospital with proceeds from our classic pasta and lasagnes dishes going towards helping to cure homesickness.
